My journey in childcare began in 1995, long before Night Nite Babies had a name. What started as a genuine love for caring for children grew into a lifelong commitment to supporting newborns, mothers, and families during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of being welcomed into family after family. I have cared for newborns through long nights, supported mothers during postpartum recovery, helped parents navigate feeding and sleep, and watched exhausted families become rested, reassured, and more confident in caring for their babies.

Through those experiences, I began to understand something that would eventually shape everything I wanted Night Nite Babies to become.

Parents did not simply need someone to care for their baby. They needed someone they could trust.

They needed experienced hands when they were exhausted. They needed reassurance when they questioned whether they were doing something right. They needed education without judgment, dependable support during the night, and the confidence to know that when they finally closed their eyes to rest, their baby was receiving attentive and compassionate care.

That understanding became the foundation of Night Nite Babies.

I wanted to create something that went beyond traditional childcare. I wanted families to have access to knowledgeable, compassionate professionals who could support them through pregnancy preparation, postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant sleep, and the many transitions that come with welcoming a new baby.

As Night Nite Babies grew, my role grew with it. For the past 16 years, I have carefully built and mentored a team of Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, Infant Care Specialists, Infant Sleep Specialists, and experienced childcare professionals who understand the responsibility and trust that come with being welcomed into a family’s home.

Experience matters to me. Education matters. Professionalism matters. Character matters just as much.

Every caregiver who represents Night Nite Babies understands that we are not simply entering a home to complete a shift. We are entering a family’s life during a season they will remember forever. Being trusted with a baby and welcomed into a family’s home is a responsibility we take seriously.

Today, Night Nite Babies supports families through pregnancy preparation, postpartum recovery, overnight newborn care, infant sleep support, and ongoing childcare. Our team has experience supporting newborns, twins, premature babies, babies experiencing reflux, NICU graduates, breastfeeding families, and families with unique care needs.

Even as Night Nite Babies continues to grow, the heart behind the company remains the same as it was when my journey began in 1995.
