Night Nite Babies offers four tiered care programs 2, 4, 8, and 10 weeks each one building on the last. Whether you need short-term support during the early weeks or comprehensive care through sleep training, there’s a Night Nite Babies program designed for your family.

All programs are structured on a weekly basis, not an hourly basis, so your care is consistent, predictable, and truly effective.

Important: For the best results, all programs require a minimum of four nights per week. Consistent overnight care is essential for establishing a reliable sleep and feeding routine for your baby. Families who choose fewer than four nights per week may find it difficult to provide the consistency their newborn needs to thrive.

Our most flexible premium overnight care option with customized scheduling based on the family’s recovery and newborn care needs.

Families who need immediate, expert overnight support during the first critical weeks at home. Perfect for parents who want to recover, rest, and build a strong foundation before taking over on their own.

Foundations | 4 Week Program

Four weeks of structured overnight newborn care focused on feeding support, healthy routines, safe sleep practices, parent education, and helping families establish a strong foundation at home.

Families who want a full month of consistent overnight support to establish a reliable feeding and sleep routine. Ideal for first-time parents, families recovering from a difficult delivery, or those with twins or multiples who need steady, experienced care.

Growth | 8 Week Program

Eight weeks of continued overnight newborn care with feeding and sleep routine development, age appropriate sleep support, developmental guidance, parent education, and ongoing care plan adjustments as the baby grows.

Best For

Families ready to go beyond survival mode and build lasting, healthy sleep habits. The 8-week program takes your baby through the most demanding newborn weeks and into the beginning of a predictable sleep routine, giving parents confidence and rest along the way.

Everything in the 4-Week Program, plus:
Certified Newborn Care Specialist overnight, minimum 4 nights per week
Gentle, personalized sleep training introduction
Day and night schedule alignment and development
Parent education on sleep cues, wake windows, and sleep environment
Detailed weekly progress reports
Reflux, colic, gas, and feeding challenge support
NICU graduate and medically complex newborn support available
Ongoing care plan refinement every two weeks

Elite | 10 Week Program

Ten weeks of comprehensive overnight newborn care for families wanting extended support. Includes feeding guidance, routine development, age appropriate sleep support, developmental guidance, ongoing communication, parent education, and continued access to experienced newborn care specialists.

Best For

Families who want the full Night Nite Babies experience from the very first night home through completed sleep training. The 10-week program is our most comprehensive offering, designed for families who want expert support at every stage, total peace of mind, and a baby who is sleeping beautifully by the end. This is premium, comprehensive newborn care.

Everything in the 8-Week Program, plus:
Certified Newborn Care Specialist overnight, minimum 4 nights per week
Complete sleep training from introduction through independent sleep
Full feeding journey support, from newborn feeding through schedule mastery.
Monthly care plan reviews and specialist-led parent coaching sessions
Postpartum doula daytime support add-on available

We ended up having a few different nurses come see us because our schedule was all over the place, but every single nurse was professional, kind, caring, and detail oriented. We felt so comfortable every time someone entered our home. They took every precaution and went above and beyond to make sure I could get a restful night. They were so accommodating to our family dog and our scheduling craziness. We had Ms. Tia the most consistently and she is just an angel. She was so informative, encouraging, understanding and kind. Where to even begin… Stephanie and her team are nothing short of miracle workers. Like many first time parents I was completely overwhelmed and exhausted trying to care for my newborn. Every night and day was unpredictable. I was holding my baby for every nap and every night I found myself anxious to close my eyes because I was fearful of when I would need to get up again. My baby suffers from reflux and in addition to sleep issues she had a ton of issues feeding at the bottle and taking enough ounces in the day. I was struggling deeply. On one desperate day my husband found Night Nite Babies, called them and by that evening Stephanie had put together a team of people to help us and sent someone out to our house that very night. We put together a plan and got to work. Stephanie and her team were truly an answered prayer. They have helped us sleep train our daughter and although she still has a bit more work to do the progress she has made is remarkable. I never in a million years could have imagined at just a few weeks postpartum that my baby would be sleeping through the night and taking independent naps in her crib. Stephanie and her team also helped transition our baby from her swaddle and helped prepare her to start daycare by teaching independent sleep foundations and helping her learn to feed better at the bottle. More than all of the work Stephanie and her team have done with our baby, the Night Nite Babies team have become a personal lifeline for me as i navigate motherhood and the endless web of questions and anxieties that come with it. I can call or text them day or night and they are always there to celebrate every win and support me through every tough moment. When we initially contacted Stephanie she promised me she would hold my hand until we got my daughter to the other side of navigating sleep and feeding issues and she has certainly delivered on that promise. Tia was fantastic. She came in, reassured us, and got our baby from sleeping in hour-long increments to sleeping 11 hours in just a couple of days. Literally was life-changing.
