FAQs
Programs & Pricing
No. Night Nite Babies offers weekly programs only. All care is structured on a weekly basis to ensure consistency, routine, and the best results for your baby. Hourly care does not provide the consistency a newborn needs to thrive.
We offer four program tiers: 2-week, 4-week, 8-week, and 12-week programs. Each tier builds on the last, from essential overnight support through complete sleep training. We also offer a 90-minute New Parent Prep Course for expecting families. Explore our care programs →
We require a minimum of 4 nights per week for all overnight care programs. Fewer than 4 nights makes it very difficult to build a consistent routine for your baby and is not effective care.
We don't list pricing publicly because every family's needs are different. Investment is discussed during your free consultation so we can build the right plan for your family. Schedule your call today →
Yes. A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of booking to secure your caregiver and confirm your start date. This fee is strictly non-refundable.
FAQs
The Care Experience
Your caregiver arrives in the evening, reviews baby's feeding and sleep notes from the day, and takes over complete overnight care. They handle every feed, diaper change, and soothing moment through the night. In the morning, they complete a detailed overnight log and walk you through the night before leaving.
We match your family with a primary caregiver who gets to know your baby and your routine. In the rare event your caregiver is unavailable, our agency provides a qualified backup caregiver so you are never left without support.
Yes. Every caregiver completes a detailed overnight log after every shift, capturing feeding times and amounts, diaper changes, sleep windows, soothing notes, and observations. You receive this log every morning.
